Jenny began her career as a coach at age 14. She became ACE certified and taught fitness until she graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with her bachelor’s degree.

After graduation, Jenny worked for 2 Fortune 500 companies in operations management. When she started her family (now 3 lovely grown children) she decided she needed to do something that would allow her to be at home more to raise her kids.

Along with 4 other amazing women, Jenny helped to start a women’s only health and fitness company. She became a nationally certified yoga teacher and helped build the company framework that is franchised throughout the U.S.

When her three children became more independent, Jenny went back to school to earn a Masters in the Art of Teaching and taught high school science and Spanish. Concurrently, she earned a professional certification in Educational Consulting and became the school's Director of College and Career Counseling.

After March of 2020, Jenny recognized the need in her community for more 1:1 counseling, especially for the at-risk and disabled population. She started her own educational consulting business (www.cochraneducation.com) where she earned several certifications to help guide at-risk, learning disabled, and the neurodiverse population. She joined Boosted Diplomas in 2021 and is excited to be a part of such an amazing organization.
