Jaisha Webb combines nearly a decade of experience in construction management with a successful career in nonprofit fundraising and event strategy. She has led major community initiatives that have brought critical resources to thousands of students across Nevada. Her background in project management, paired with her expertise in events and fundraising, allows her to create meaningful opportunities that connect organizations, schools, and families in support of student success.

Having witnessed the life-changing impact that comes when students reach educational milestones, Jaisha is deeply passionate about supporting education-based nonprofits that help young people thrive. She believes in the power of community partnerships to open doors for students and is proud to bring her expertise in engagement, fundraising, and strategy to Boosted Diplomas.

Outside of her professional work, Jaisha enjoys participating in various book clubs, exploring Nevada’s outdoors, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
