Jenny Kehoe is the Program & Operations Director at Boosted Diplomas, where she leads organizational systems, program coordination, and strategic growth to support foster and at-risk youth. Since joining the organization in 2021 as a tutor, Jenny has grown into a key leadership role, driven by her strong commitment to the mission and the students served.

In her current role, Jenny oversees day-to-day operations, staff coordination, program development, hiring and training, and community outreach. She plays a central role in building the systems and structures that allow Boosted Diplomas to grow while maintaining high-quality support for students and families.

Jenny also serves as the organization’s Board Liaison, a role she stepped into in December 2024. In this position, she works closely with the Board of Directors by coordinating meetings, organizing board materials and documentation, and ensuring clear communication between staff and board members. She attends all board meetings and helps facilitate alignment between the organization’s strategic goals and day-to-day operations.

Born and raised in Reno, Jenny is proud to serve the community she grew up in. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2021. After graduation, she found her long-term path with Boosted Diplomas, where she is passionate about creating stability, opportunity, and support for young people navigating challenging circumstances.

Outside of work, Jenny is passionate about fitness, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Gemma, as well as with family and friends.
