Jenny Kehoe

Program Director

B.S in Veterinary Science, University of Nevada Reno

Jenny Kehoe is the Program Director at Boosted Diplomas, a role that reflects her deep commitment to supporting foster and at-risk youth and building the systems that help them succeed. Jenny first joined the organization in 2021 as a tutor, quickly proving herself as a reliable, insightful, and a mission-driven team member. Just one year later, she stepped into the role of Scheduling and Operations Manager and has steadily taken on expanded leadership ever since. Over time, she has led the Peer Navigator program, contributed to strategic planning, joined the Boosted Diplomas Board as a staff representative, and now proudly serves as the organization’s first full-time employee.

In her current role, Jenny oversees program coordination and operations across all staff. Her work includes overseeing day-to-day operations, program development, community outreach, fundraising planning, social media content, blog writing, hiring and training new staff, and developing systems that strengthen the organization’s impact and growth. With a background in both tutoring and administration, Jenny is known for her strong communication skills, deep sense of accountability, and the care she brings to her relationships with students, staff, and partners.

Born and raised in Reno, Jenny is proud to serve the community she grew up in. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science from the University of Nevada, Reno in December 2021, driven by her lifelong love of animals and science. While exploring what she wanted to do next after graduation, Jenny realized Boosted Diplomas was where she wanted to stay and grow—supporting young people with the tools, stability, and encouragement they need to move forward.

Jenny supported the organization remotely while living in Arizona for several years, and in 2025, she moved back to Northern Nevada. She now lives at the lake in Incline Village and is thrilled to be back in the community.

Outside of work, Jenny volunteers at the Humane Society, where she enjoys walking dogs and fostering kittens and cats. She’s also very passionate about fitness, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Gemma, as well as with family and friends.
