Molly Lauf holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. She dedicated 32 years to the Washoe County School District where she served in both teaching and leadership roles with an unwavering commitment to student success and inclusive education.
Molly’s extensive experience, combined with her leadership training, has made her a trusted advocate for equity, access and innovation in public education. Her legacy is one of service, integrity and a lifelong passion for helping students thrive.
Molly grew up in Lake Tahoe and now lives in Sparks with her husband and daughter. She loves spending time with her family traveling, camping, hiking, skiing, and enjoying other outdoor adventures.
